Shoo Fear!

I used to operate out of fear, but I've gotten better at operating out of faith. It is important to note that fear is not an indicator that you shouldn't do something, especially when God tells you to do something. It is only a mere feeling, though it may be a strong feeling. Fear is as mere as jealousy. For instance, you can easily grow jealous of someone because you think they are better than you and trust that poor mindset. The key word is “think”. You're afraid because you think there will be a bad outcome and trust either your frame of mind or how the situation looks. Remember fear is not your defender, it only holds you back! It's worth exchanging that mindset for a renewed one by reading the Bible, worshipping God, and simply spending time with Him, so you can live in boldness, faith, and confidence.

Verses: Romans 12:2 NLT, Phillipians 4:6-7 NLT

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” (Romans 12:2 NLT)

“‭‭Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians‬ ‭4:6‭-‬7‬ ‭NLT)
